PRNewswire-FirstCall

NEW YORK, NY - November 14, 2006 - FeedingNYC today announced that its annual outreach program has been expanded to provide meals to 1,500 families in need throughout New York City this Thanksgiving season.

Program founder LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) is joined this year by Pier 60 at Chelsea Piers, which is providing meeting space for the event and Manhattan Mini Storage, which is donating boxes to transport the meals.

Founded in 2001 by LivePerson CEO Robert LoCascio, FeedingNYC is a privately-funded, non-profit program whose 200 volunteers assemble and hand-deliver complete Thanksgiving meals to families in need throughout New York city. Families receiving the meals are in partnership with Women in Need, the Jewish Federation of New York, Catholic Charities, Domestic Violence Program and City Harvest. To donate to FeedingNYC, or to volunteer for assembling or delivering meals, visit http://www.feedingnyc.org/.

"What makes this program different is that we make a personal connection with families in need," said LoCascio. "We pack the meals by hand, visit each home and meet the families as we deliver each meal. It is this life-changing experience that brings our volunteers back, grows the program and allows us to feed more families throughout New York."

"LivePerson is Thanksgiving to the WIN shelters," said Bonnie Stone, Women In Need President and CEO. "Their complete turkey dinner packages allow shelter families to feel like they are just like everyone else on Thanksgiving -- creating and enjoying a meal with loved ones on an important holiday."

"Pier Sixty is thrilled to be able to contribute to the community in this way," said Doug Giordano, general manager, Pier Sixty and The Lighthouse. "We know that FeedingNYC is affecting families by not only providing a meal, but by showing that someone cares. We're just so happy that we have the space for these volunteers to be able to make this happen."

About FeedingNYC

FeedingNYC began in the aftermath of 9-11 when the employees and friends of LivePerson assembled and hand-delivered turkey dinners to disadvantaged families around New York for Thanksgiving. Feeding 40 families in Harlem in 2001 has since grown to feeding more than 1,500 families throughout the five boroughs in 2006.

FeedingNYC is the 2004 recipient of the Suzanne Pincus Commit to WIN Award, an honor given to a specific organization that provides the highest level of dedication and service to Women in Need.
