The SuiteFlex Development platform goes beyond other on-demand development environments by being the first to allow third party applications to integrate rich transaction data -- orders, inventory, invoices and shipments -- with their applications, and enable customers and third-party developers to build new workflows and applications that look and operate as if NetSuite's own developers wrote them.

Blending the functionality of the SuiteFlex platform with real-time, hosted chat technology, LivePerson Chat for NetSuite supplies a comprehensive online sales and customer support solution for the small and mid-sized business (SMB) sector.
