NEW YORK, NY - November 15, 2007 - FeedingNYC, a privately- funded, not-for-profit organization, today announced that it has garnered support from prominent local businesses to provide and deliver Thanksgiving meals to more than 1,500 families, encompassing more than 6,000 individuals, in need throughout New York City.

Program founder LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN) is joined this year by Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, FlatRate Moving, Manhattan Mini Storage, Starwich and Trooper Foods. These companies, all based in New York City, are providing either in-kind services or cash donations to support the initiative.

Hundreds of individual volunteers and volunteers from FeedingNYC's corporate sponsors will convene at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers on Tuesday, November 20 beginning at 4:00AM to assemble, pack and hand-deliver complete Thanksgiving meals to various shelters and housing facilities throughout New York City.

Founded in 2001 by LivePerson CEO Robert LoCascio, FeedingNYC supplied turkey dinners to 40 families in its first year of operation; the annual program has since grown dramatically and the organization expects to supply complete turkey dinners to more than 1,500 families this year. FeedingNYC works with support organizations -- including Women in Need, Catholic Charities, the Jewish Federation of New York, Center Against Domestic Violence, the Domestic Violence Police Program, and City Harvest -- to identify facilities where it can make the greatest impact.

"FeedingNYC is for, from and all about New York City, and every year we continue to gain more sponsors and volunteers," said LoCascio. "This program provides a unique opportunity to personally connect with the communities where we live, work and play. From packing the turkey dinners to delivering them one-by-one, our volunteers do everything by hand and in person."

About FeedingNYC

FeedingNYC began in the aftermath of 9/11 when the employees and friends of LivePerson assembled and hand-delivered turkey dinners to disadvantaged families around New York for Thanksgiving. Feeding 40 families in Harlem in 2001 has since grown to feeding more than 1,500 families throughout the five boroughs. FeedingNYC is the 2004 recipient of the Suzanne Pincus Commit to WIN Award, an honor given to a specific organization that provides the highest level of dedication and service to Women in Need.
