Sundjaja is currently part of LivePerson's Global Leadership Team, where she serves as Chief of Staff and Global Head of People, working with teams across the organization to develop and execute long-term growth strategies. Sundjaja is spearheading several people and culture initiatives that have helped rank LivePerson as one of the best places to work in NYC.

"Kristy is an exceptional member of our leadership team, embodying LivePerson's core values of entrepreneurialism and deep collaboration. She has been a critical partner in helping advance our company's strategic goals and mission," said Robert LoCascio, founder and CEO of LivePerson. "We are thrilled that Kristy has been recognized for her accomplishments and capabilities as a strong leader," he said.

The nominations for this fellowship were open to women in upper-middle management, or three to five years away from progressing to a C-suite position. Currently, only 4.2% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women, and only 16% of corporate board members are women. This fellowship aims to elevate the presence of women across all industries and sectors through one-on-one and peer mentorships, CEO workshops, networking events, and educational seminars.

"The 92Y Women inPower fellowship is a unique opportunity to become one of the next generation of female leaders, and I am honored to have been selected as a 2016 fellow," Kristy Sundjaja said. "Not only is this an important personal milestone, it is a critical step toward the equal representation of women in the workplace as well. This next year will be filled with valuable lessons that I can use to empower the women of LivePerson."

Prior to joining LivePerson, Sundjaja served as Head of the Industry Transformation Team of the NYC Mayor Bloomberg Administration. She was also an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman, where she advised some of the world's largest brands.
